The East Los Angeles Farmers Market, our newest program provides high quality fresh-picked produce, along with the benefit of reduces cost to the consumer. Certified Farmer’s Market brings together a diverse group of people and build community, unite urban and rural segments of the population. VELA’s Market will provide a variety of venues where residents can learn about their food sources, have access to nutritional information and gain awareness of agricultural issues. The focus of the market is to address health related issues that affect our seniors, youth and the entire family.
